LONDON
At our first Secret Sanctuary, you’ll find a variety of rooms spread across two floors for you to explore.
Head to the Main Event area for movement, meditation and other stress-busting activities or pop into the Graze and Grow room to dig into delicious food whilst enjoying inspiring talks.
There will also be a quiet room, pampering stations, hands-on workshops and crafts, and so much more.

NISHMA PATEL
Nishma is bridging the gap between the science and the holistic/wellness worlds, as she is a Chartered Psychologist, alongside an Intuitive Energy and Sound Healer.
Having worked in a busy corporate role for 15 years, Nishma has also experienced burnout and knows just how difficult it can be to break the cycle.
She will be treating our London guests to a relaxing, guided meditation and bringing along her Crystal Alchemy singing bowls to help you quieten down the mind and feel restored.
FI BOOL
Looking for a burst of fun energy in the middle of the day? Join the gorgeous Fi Bool to lift up your spirits and harness the power of dance to cultivate unshakable self-confidence!
This 30-minute dance session will be suitable for all ages, levels and abilities. By the end of it, you’ll feel strong, empowered and energised.
Fi will also be the hostess with the mostest for the London events, making sure you know what’s going on where and when.
DONNA NOBLE
Relax and flow with world-class instructor Donna Noble – a champion for body-positive yoga. This class is for everyBODY! Donna will offer variations, including chair yoga to provide an inclusive experience for everyone.
Donna Noble is regularly seen at events such as the Happy Place Festival and on the cover of Om Yoga Magazine, promoting body positive yoga to the masses.
She also gives a lot back to the community and believes wellbeing should be accessible for all (just like us)!
